First piece of the new year.

I've finally been able to sit down and get to work today and I managed to squeak out a pair of earrings before stopping. What's more, I've managed to use up some components that have been puzzling me for quite some time. They're rather large mother of pearl donuts that have holes drilled near the top. I wired them up to hang on earwires and added a single dangle from the same hole. The dangle is turquoise and moonstone chips alternated. I'm going to call them Seafoam. They definitely remind me of the ocean and that's kind of what I was trying to invoke with them. I've got two more of these donuts to use up and will probably make something similar. I'll update this post with pictures hopefully tomorrow and will be adding them to my Etsy store.
